At Minami, we carefully select accessories and products from both national and international suppliers ♡
Because of this, our delivery times may vary depending on the region and logistics process.

Processing time

After payment confirmation, your order may take 1 to 5 business days to be processed and shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is:

In some cases, orders may arrive earlier or experience slight delays due to:

  • high logistics demand;

  • promotional periods;

  • customs inspection;

  • strikes or carrier issues;

  • weather conditions.

Order tracking

All orders include a tracking code.

Tracking information may take a few days to update after shipment.

Delivery address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an additional shipping fee may be charged for reshipping.

Delivery attempts

Carriers may attempt delivery more than once.
If no one is available to receive the package, it may be returned to the carrier’s logistics center.

Minami is not responsible for delays caused by:

Taxes and import fees

In most cases, there are no additional charges for the customer.
